The bed was kind of clean

The carpet is dirty the toilet as well, the fridge is not working, sometimes you can smell a cooking smell through the AC. the parking lot is a bit small. one day I was going to my car and I saw the labor taking laundry with the food on the same trolley

I liked mostly everything! The stuff were respectful and helpful. The room was clean and cozy! And I definitely enjoyed the breakfast buffet :) I really enjoyed my time there! Thank you all!

overall it was fine but not as good as showing on your web site

Breakfast was fine but not same as shown in the booking.com pictures.

they didn't have dental kit. while i was booking it was showing on your wab site that this 4 star whereas actually it is 3 star.

Hotel room itself was clean and OK.

Hotel room itself was clean and OK. The hotel restaurant was very good, all meals were good quallity and I enjoyed the lunch and dinner room service. The hotel is close to small shops and some restaurants are in within 10 minute walk.

I did order non-smoking room, but I felt the room was full of smoke often. It comes from the hall maybe. The hotel was unable to do money exchange. After that they did not have change for my payment. They booked a taxi for airport, but then 5am morning they said no taxi is comming. I was disappointed and called for another taxi myself. Then after 10 minutes the hotel taxi arrived !

Decent and affordable hotel near MOI Area

Having a restaurant that offers buffet breakfast in the lobby is a big plus. Location and available parking is also another factor.

Staff should refrain from doing housekeeping the following morning when not asked or requested especially when it's just for a one night stay.

WILL NOT BE RETURNING THERE, NOT A GOOD VALUE PROPOSITION

Really outdated facility, the water was flooding the bathroom afer showering. The food was not great, too few options. Would not return there, had no choice as it was a business trip. The only good point is easy parking and the location is good.

The size of the room they gave us was quite big then the usual room and the staff is approachable
